Known limitations

Each detail entry lists the specific limitations for its area. The most notable carry-overs:
  • Distributor catalog — Pax8 descriptions render as escaped text; Add to quote is disabled pending quote integration.
  • RMM agent — auditable session recording on macOS/Linux is a stub; field auto-update is Windows-only.
  • Dispatch board — Microsoft 365 calendar sync is one-way (NEXOS CORE → Outlook).
  • AI features — Nexie, AI lead capture, Discovery blueprint, and KB article drafting require a tenant Claude API key.
