- RMM agent — auditable session recording on macOS/Linux is a stub; field auto-update is Windows-only.
- Dispatch board — Microsoft 365 calendar sync is one-way (NEXOS CORE → Outlook).
- AI features — Nexie, AI lead capture, Discovery blueprint, and KB article drafting require a tenant Claude API key.
