This week we shipped the first wave of NEXOS CORE platform capabilities in v1.14.x. Here’s what’s new.

New features

Ticket queue

Triage helpdesk tickets from a sticky command region with SLA stat tiles, filter chips, and an action bar that appears the moment you select a row. Reply, assign, or resolve without leaving the list. See Ticket queue.

Ticket Peek

A two-pane slide-out for working a single ticket. Chat-first conversation on the left; a scannable context stack — SLA, asset, RMM-Sentinel posture, remote actions, Nexie summary, time, and related tickets — on the right. All status, priority, and assignee changes re-render live in place. See Ticket Peek.

Workflow studio: ticket arrival routing

Build no-code automation rules that fire on ticket events. Pick a trigger (ticket_created, sla_breach, first_response, and seven more), add conditions, and chain actions to route, prioritize, and notify without writing code. See Ticket arrival routing.

NexusRMM Go agent

Deploy the NexusRMM agent to Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints from a single Deploy Agent page. Heartbeat, inventory, scripts, patching, and remote desktop (JPEG path) work on every OS; auditable session recording and field auto-update are Windows-only today. See Deploy the RMM agent for the full feature matrix.

Distributor catalog (Pax8)

A unified catalog for products sourced from Pax8. Search by name, vendor, or manufacturer part number; compare partner cost against MSRP; and see every billing-term and commitment combination on a single product page. Includes stat tiles, a filter drawer, and a three-way density toggle. See Distributor catalog.

Known limitations

  • Distributor catalog — Pax8 descriptions currently render as escaped text (inline HTML tags show as raw text). Open in Pax8, Re-sync this product, View raw JSON, and the NCE license-program pill are layout-only in v1.14.0. Add to quote is disabled pending quote integration.
  • RMM agent — auditable session recording on macOS and Linux is a stub and will not produce a reviewable artifact. Field auto-update (agent.update) is Windows-only; re-run the installer to update macOS and Linux endpoints.
