The CRM is where NEXOS CORE tracks the companies and people you sell to and support. Each client gets a 360° account view — contacts, tickets, quotes, invoices, RMM agents, contracts, and compliance in one place — plus a customizable deal pipeline, an activity log of every touchpoint, email campaigns, and AI that turns a sales-call transcript into ready-to-save records.

When to use it

  • Manage client and prospect records with full account context.
  • Track and forecast sales opportunities through a weighted pipeline.
  • Log and filter customer touchpoints (calls, meetings, follow-ups, QBRs).
  • Capture a new lead from a call transcript without manual data entry.

Accounts and contacts

Open clients at /crm/clients and contacts at /crm/contacts. Client lists filter by search, lifecycle, industry, tag, and type; each client opens to a 360° dashboard. Contacts support types (primary, billing, technical, decision-maker, c-suite), channel preferences, and opt-outs.

Deal pipeline

The pipeline (/crm/pipeline) groups deals by stage. Stages are yours to define — sort order, color, win-probability %, and won/lost flags. Each deal carries value, recurring value, owner, expected close date, source, and an optional linked quote. The board shows each stage’s total and a weighted value (deal value × win-probability). Moving a deal into a won or lost stage auto-stamps the close date.

Activity log

Log calls, meetings, emails, follow-ups, and more (/crm/activities), with dynamic filtering and complete/follow-up tracking — so every client interaction is on the record.

Email campaigns

Draft, schedule, and track campaigns to your contacts (/crm/campaigns) with open, click, and bounce stats.
Campaign send currently records the send and its stats; outbound email delivery integration is limited today — treat campaigns as planning and tracking until delivery is fully wired.

AI lead capture

From a raw sales-call transcript, NEXOS CORE extracts ready-to-save records:

Paste or upload the transcript

Paste text or upload a .txt/.md file (up to 10 MB) — surfaced as “New lead from transcript” in the NexusIQ Sales Workspace.

AI extracts the details

Claude returns contact details, the interaction summary and outcome, key pain points, suggested next steps with a follow-up date, and sales opportunities.

Review, then save

Nothing is written until you confirm — on save it creates the contact, logs the activity, and optionally opens a deal.
Lead analysis is preview-only (nothing persists until you confirm) and needs your tenant’s Claude API key in Settings → Integrations. Only .txt/.md uploads are accepted.
