## Known limitations

Each detail entry lists the specific limitations for its area. The most notable carry-overs:

* **Distributor catalog** — Pax8 descriptions render as escaped text; **Add to quote** is disabled pending quote integration.
* **RMM agent** — auditable session recording on macOS/Linux is a stub; field auto-update is Windows-only.
* **Dispatch board** — Microsoft 365 calendar sync is one-way (NEXOS CORE → Outlook).
* **AI features** — Nexie, AI lead capture, Discovery blueprint, and KB article drafting require a tenant Claude API key.
